DOOR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Door manufacturing: Every door starts from welding individual door frame and leaf according to specific project and carefully inserting every needed design feature, be it glass panels, letter box or other specific elements. Everything is made out of 16 Gouge electro galvanised steel (corrosion resistant) that is firmly welded using spot and Argon gas shielded (MIG) methods.
Treatment and Powder coating: Next the welded parts undergo treatment and painting with electrostatic machine that applies powder paint coat to the steel which is then melted and cured in the special oven at 392°F. Once parts a cooled down the door leaf and frame are insulated with high density ROCKWOOL which provides door with insulation and sound deadening properties.
Locking mechanism. Next is mechanical lock and shoot-bolt mechanism installed in special box inside the door leaf that will provide door with 7 point deadbolt locking function. Additional 4 fixed bolts installed on the hinge size of the door that will secure door firmly once it’s closed.
High performance wooden panels. Next stage is the manufacturing of door panels- face of every door. These are made of high performance wood particle board that is machined to required design then sanded and painted with four coats of 2K UV resistant and hard wearing paint. These panels then installed on both sides of the door leaf and secured to the steel core with hidden screw fixings.
Hardware and door handles.  This is the final stage at which the remaining door hardware is installed, including handles, lock cylinder protection and door seals. The door is now ready for delivery and installation!

MULTI-LOCKING DOOR MECHANISM

Series 600 Safe Locks.  At a heart of every door is a safe lock that enables door leaf to be secured in numerous positions around the frame.
Keys and Cylinders. Cylinders and keys are offering superior levels of security Featuring specific devices to protect against drilling and tampering, with a design certified with the highest possible attack resistance rating of the European standard EN 1303:2015
Cylinder defenders. To protect the cylinder additional measurements are taken and external cylinder defenders are installed. These shelter the cylinder with 35mm hardened steel cover that prevents burglar from smashing or snapping the cylinder and removing it out of the lock.
Electronic locking devises. We can also offer electronic locks and operating devises that enables door to be locked and unlocked either by using keypad or finger print reader installed on the door or open the door over the distance via smartphone app.

Marine Grade Wood Boards

For exterior claddings we can offer our clients wooden high grade marine boards that are routed to required design then stained to the desired colour before finishing with UV resistant yacht grade lacquers.

Engineered Solid Wood

In addition completely bespoke solutions could be offered that would let our clients to create natural Oak or Teak faced door, at same time having security and durability of steel core door construction with multi-locking mechanism implemented as standard.

High performance panel

Medite-Wood particle board

For panels painted in solid colours we use high grade completely water proof wood particle board. This material in bare condition has expected lifetime of 60+ years. Firstly it is machined to the desired design then coated with four coats of two component UV resistant paint.
